Group Manager is a role which can be assigned to members of Sharif Social Network, don't confuse it with a user while designing your use cases.

About installing Rational Suite:

After installing the Rational suite, it creates an icon for ClearCase on the desktop. But Rational ClearCase is the only tool in the suite that we don't have the license key for. So, just delete this icon and ignore it!!!
Other tools are accessible through Start menu\Rational Software.
